Tendering Process

We handle the entire tendering process, from start to finish, to help you select the right contractor that best fits your needs. This involves preparing tender documents, publishing tender advertisements, collecting as well as reviewing bids, preparing comparative statements, conducting contractor interviews, visiting previous project sites, and shortlisting the most suitable contractor based on quality, experience, and pricing.

Execution Process

As soon as we commence, we ensure that the entire project is consistently monitored at every stage by our team. We manage the planning, ensure the quality of the material used and workmanship, verify quantities, perform joint measurements with all parties, issue billing Certificates, and provide the completion certificate once the project is successfully completed.
